I love Hyperspace by Michio Kaku. But I remember reading another book about superstring theory and the 10-dimensional universe. The problem is I can't remember the title or the author. I do remember that he was talking about tesseracts, which is a four-dimensional object made up of cubes in our three dimensions, kind of like how 6 squares can form a cube in 3 dimensions. One illustration was titled Christus Tesseractus[/i.] He was also talking early on in the book about 2-dimensional people and how in order to put someone in prison all you'd have to do is draw a circle around them.
I know it's not much to go on but does this book ring a bell with anyone? I'd love to buy it again.
Does anybody know this book?
